depends .. you definately want a good quality deck of cards like Bicycle or Tally Ho (which is what i use in the video).. and not some random cheap plastic cards.

the only description i know of for the 360 fan is in "New Magic Of Japan by Richard Kauffman" the move is by Naoki Ogi. there is no tutorial on it o Decknique and i doubt there is one on HL (havent been there in ages but still doubt it)

there are ppl out there that have been doing it for even longer than that... to me its just a hobby, a hobby that i really enjoy :)

as for the cards.. you can get some good cheap ones on ebay.. Bicycle and Tally-Ho are you best bet .. affordable and good quality.
