As a physical therapist, you might suggest telling your model to sit up straight! He has super poor posture. Some rows and rear delt exercises would help strengthen his posture.
LOVE how that kid yawns through out the Dr's spiel hahahahaha!!! Boorrrrrrring!!! Lol ... Hummm im not so sure i have this problem, its almost like i send a signal to my arm from my brain but my arm say "Hummmmm wait a minute i'll do it in my own time!!" OUCHY!!! This sometime hurts bad ways =(
I GOT my Rotator Cuff Injury from doing those stupid dumbbell rotation exercises shown in this video...and I used a light dumbbell...I with advise against doing any type if dumbbell rotation to the shoulders...I have NEVER has a shoulder injury in my 33 years if weight lifting...until now, with that RC dumbbell exercise.
i dont know why im here but ive been in baseball and after my season i just play catch with my friends and after a while my shoulder starts hurting i dont know what it is but i need to know so i can heal it fast as i can so can anyone help??
@dbzfighterz Same for me. It sucks, im a pitcher and everytime i throw it pops but rarely hurts, granted when it first happened i couldn't lift my arm for about 2 weeks, then missed the entire next season because i still couldn't throw
Clicking in the shoulder without much pain is likely NOT to be a tear. Many people with pain with overhead use of the arm have impingement. That should be determined by exam by a sports doctor. One way to avoid problems is to stop doing overhead resistive exercises like overhead press, pull downs, and especially the Nautilus pectoralis machine (with your arms bent 90 deg. at the elbow). .

go to the doctor if you feel pain or your body is making noises its not supposed to! don't just sit there and think your wolverine and will heal by yourself!
My shoulder clicks and has pain. Its been like this for a couple months and I am extremely limited in working out. I am going to try these stretches and exercises though. Thanks!
Should you go to failure for rotator cuff exercises to strengthen it? If so how many reps, sets? I do about 18 reps for 2 sets, almost to failure, but I just feel a real burn, is this good or?
Im not a doctor, but currently going through the same injury as you and having asked a lot of questions i can answer your question.
you should not go to failure, burning the roator cuff muscles too much only delays your recovery and its not good. but you should feel a small burn, but not sharp pain.
what you should do is, for each exercise 10-15 reps and 3 sets, and get a good rest inbetween so your not gonna make it suffer more. and as you keep geting better more reps, good luck.,
I don't know how, but I tore a few muscles in my right shoulder a few years ago which causes me to feel like my right shoulder blade is popping out of my back, and like my right pec is pushing off of my chest. I can't figure out how it happened though because it never hurt or caused me to lose range of motion. The doc told me to strengthen my rotator cuff so like an idiot I go and start shoulder pressing 150 a few weeks later, which caused some slight pain. Live and learn I guess...
I play Travel ball baseball and yesterday in a tournament my throwing hand (right) starts to hurt. Not really bad but bad enought for me to tell my coach. It seems to hurt in the back of the shoulder and sometimes in the front. Is this bad?
@pppaullll U have to do rc exercises. there is no other way. they wont operate u unless its fully torn. Be ready for at least a few months of rehabbing. no other way my friend. sucks to be human!
i honestly have no idea man, my ultra sound said mine was supraspinatus impingment, have you been exercising yours? I have been, doctor reccomended to rest, but i don't think it will heal with rest...
i went to the doctors and they said its inflamed. i had this pain for 7 month now, i taken only 1 moth of prescription and my pain comes and goes when it wants to. Will this do the trick. Must i exercise to get rid of this pain? plz let me kno
