In Schenectady those flat covered spots are the stairways for the old station they should never have torn down. Now that there's talk of an other NEW station there. I wish you would take picture of inside the stations too. I never see the inside of the stations I don't go to. I ride #49 and 449 and 48 and 448. We don't stop at Rome and Amsterdam. But I did hear the conductor say this is #63 that' the first train in the morning! (The North Star from NY does not run anymore) So how did you get there?

You must not have been paying attention. Yes it's Trains in Amsterdam, NY. That Metro North clip was part of the video intro to show that Green Rail Productions covers all kinds of railroads ranging from CSX, Amtrak Metro North and many others.
that's the K654 with bnsf's 1108 & 5286. K648 gets up power
