I think it would have been more effective had I been able to just do the isolaz. However, it costs a lot.

I love how you said this was prescribed by a doctor and it didnt work :D OMG acne sucks so fuckin badd that its almost funny , my acne is so different than yours i have it on my chin and on my forehead but it really fuckin sucks and all these cremes lotions dont work good enough. as far as i know.. the pills are put on these kind of packages because the main principle actives work without any light.. so if you expose the pills it maight cut out the effects. a doctor told me that because i used to do the same thing, but after that I prefered to keep them in those crazy packages.
well it´s just an advice but i have heard that GARLIC is good for people who suffer acne i´m using it and it´s good but the problem is that soemtimes you smell bad
where you surfing in mex? Ya the cetaphil cleanser is really good for washing your face its what i've been using for the month and half, mass sunscreen especially in the water and lots of moisturizing,
i got started on 40mgs but my derm has me rotating 40 and 80 mgs every other day... im in my third month now and i dont have any active pimples or anything just redness but that's way better than acne... good luck with your treatment and stick with it

Thats cool u have started..just saw u are starting at 20mg. I started 7 weeks ago at 40mg and then for my 2nd appt was pushed up to 60mg. My advice is to hold on to the 10% benzoyl peroxide, i have one too and have used it while on accutane and it helps! The thing is with accutane u will breakout alot during the 3rd week, and then it will clear, breakout, clear, breakout ..;-p
my list of acne-preventing products pre-accutane was also pretty lengthy. that stuff is expensive too, eh? can't use them anymore.
anyways, great video. i look forward to the future ones.
oh, and one thing...those pills need to be protected from sunlight - at least thats what it says on my packaging...so maybe put them into a cupboard, drawer, etc.

I have some advice straight from my dermatologist:
-Don't use creams or cleansers, they might control acne for a while, but they won't cure it.
-Don't worry about the food you eat as long as its healthy.
-Pop the whiteheads but clean with alcohol afterwards.
-Don't touch your face... just don't.
-If you are about to use accutane, check if its suitable for you with a GOOD dermatologist.
-If you use accutane, know well the side effects and what you should expect, before freaking out.
