The new Harbaugh regime is different. We have the right staff and tools to get the job done. I just had a good feeling about this team and staff. You won't flatter him like Harbaugh and make him feel like he's someone he isn't. When you flatter someone like the way Harbaugh does Smith, then Smith won't feel that he has to strive and sweat and bleed if need be. I don't approve of Harbaugh pampering Smith too much. They just gotta train in "Red Zone" to score!!

@laaloboyzwestside wtf are you talking about? Harbaugh strives for perfection. If they are doing something wrong he lets them know, just watch any of the interviews. He's not babying or favoring Alex, if anything he's giving him confidence. Alex smith has the most mental toughness out of any player ive watched, 6 seasons of losing and he's able to turn it around this year and make it happen. Call it pampering, i call it success. You have the singletary syndrome.

the beautiful thing about this team is that they haven't even played on all cylinders...the lock out was the best thing that happened to this team as harbaugh and his staff allowed the players to bond throughout the season...the 2011 class for the Niners is an A plus...the 2ndary is downright nasty...Alex is starting to show why he was picked #1...and harbaugh who gets alot of the credit is starting to craft an identity for this team and that is: unapolegetic, nasty and gritty...GO NINERS!

@650ssf I understand what you mean... We were not a competitive winning team from 04-10. We constantly made mistakes and shot ourselves in the foot causing us to loose games. The new Harbaugh regime is different. We have the right staff and tools to get the job done. I just had a good feeling about this team and staff.
