Just one in the Preamp, but you cant compare it with an alltube-amp ... ots still a soilid state one, but nevertheless a very good one for home use in my opinion =)

Hard to Say, because every AMp and every guitar sounds different ... I used the VOX AD 15 VT with the AC30-Amp Modell with Treble at 2o'clock Middles at 4 o'clock and Bass at 10 o'clock gain at around 1 o'clock and the Bridge PU of the Gretsch ;)

No sorry, just listening to the original record ;) Its just hammering the A-Chord some G-Chords and D-Chords, nothing more ;) The Rhythm strumming with the Palm Mutes ist just practice with the original record ;)

I'm getting a Black Falcon here soon. I love the Gretsch sound, but I prefer to pick so that's why I'm going with the hollow body, altthough the Power Jet Firebird looks mighty tempting. It'll be my first Gretsch. I love the sound. BTW, I dig it that you are studying the rythym in AC/DC and using an appropriate guitar for it. I see too many trying to play it with a SG. Oh, and for the record, I got something better than shisha that I smoke and I'd be willing to share. Cheers!

The hardware and the PU's are very good in my Opinion. The PU's have a low Output, so they sound very goog for clean stuff ;) Sounds much better, than the Epi G-400 IMO

But nevertheless you should try one of this befor you buy it. This guitar is good for ME, but that doesn't mean YOU feel comfortable with it ;)
