It is because psp is a small portable console, it can't handle much stuff like that yet and that's why bigger consoles always have better graphics such as xbox 360 and ps3. If you think that Sony let a ps3 have good graphics but why not psp? It's because it's small so you can't just put everything in that small portable console.

The game is famous for a lively world, according to this trailer, I hardly saw citizens roaming the streets, but I hope the actual game has crowded streets. The graphics still look dull and I'm rather dissapointed with that but otherwise it looks fabulous.

Well it doesnt take a genius to know that but I feel that the graphics can still be improved. GTA VCS had well textured, detailed graphics, these graphics look all smooth and not that good. AC is really good for the great graphics and the superb environments, so I believe they can still get it a bit more sharper
