Thanks for the reply. Im pickin up a turbo II this week and am gonna see how I like it with the rotary. From what I know its lightly modded with a front mount and what not but I was thinkin of doin an ls1 swap after the summer.
The rotary is a great motor and lots of fun, I have nothing against it at all. But I gotta tell you... this car absolutely comes alive with an LS1 under the hood. A whole different kind of animal.
It is a fairly involved swap. If you are quite mechanically inclined and are up to a lot of wiring then its doable... but I wouldn't say it's a swap for beginners to attempt.
