hes a recovered anorexic. but from anorexia he went on to compulsive eating. but still has anorexic thoughts. and the cakes are just his trigger food. its not the only thing he eats but its probs the thing that he craves the most. (mine is biscuits =( ... ) hope i helped ^_^

Which isn't to say you can't be an anorexic bulimic or a complusive overeater/bulimic, but you really can't be both an anorexic and a compulsive overeater in the truest sense of both definitions... but if you somehow do manage to do that then it's still considered some sort of bulimia.
