  • You guys are my hero. If that lay adviser ever gets licensure in America, by some odd twist of fate, I'm putting him on retainer.

  • surley now there is a liability order issued mr stephen barry can now be arrested? if he does not reattend the new hearing will the lay advisor do the same as in this video...also does anyone here know who the lay advisor is so I can hire him for my own case?

  • Is that Ray St Claire, the conman?

  • It was nice to see it played to the end, as it helps alleviate the fears one might have encountering these commercial courts. Thanks for sharing!

  • Wow! Good job, Does this legal tactic apply in the US?

  • So are you saying this case, (whatever the hell it was about, a fine maybe?) was never revisited by the court? I seriously doubt that.

  • @lawnsausages The case was about the non payment of council tax which in common law you are not liable to pay

  • @Dragonstud Council tax as in a city council? An elected body?

  • This shit is amazing! I must learn more!

  • Brilliant....well done

  • Great VIDEO!

  • so did he end up paying or what?

  • @r1ckySV No. (: When case is dismissed it means dismiss by all it's meaning.

  • i just love this stuff and that guy needs to get this message out....maximum respect!!!

  • wow, what an eye-opener!

    Well played! (^_^)

  • hoorah hoorah nice one bruv solid! stick it to the man! common Law!

  • Oh I dont half wish that I had both the balls and the brain power to pull something like this off!

  • @FatRakoon you can all you need to know is your common law rights, trouble is, the majority of people have the same response as your good self, if more people knew how easy it is to quote their common law rights then we wouldnt have such a corruption going on

  • @321billygoat

My good self? - Har Har, you dont know me. LOL

But seriously, I have been looking into this, and more specifically about the rights of a person against a balif and owing money and I have found out some interesting things.

One being that if a X owes a debt, the collectors pay it and they then collect it from X. However if the collectors pay the debt, the debt has been paid for X and therefore there is no debt since X did not sign an agreement with the collectors. ( Heavy edit )

  • @FatRakoon well yes..i agree that is why they never take you to court and just give u a load of shit over the phone, you can get a box now which u have to buy and you can press a button and it blocks any further calls from that number it blocks even withheld numbers..And dont answer the door..ever...and if they insist on standing their knockin then give them a note through the letter box...which says F.U.C.K.O.F.F

  • Wow, nice one guys, that was one hell of a spanner in the works. Does this apply to Scottish courts?

  • @TheoryIsSpeculation That's interesting. When was that?

  • unreal...

  • Comment removed

  • In the States the police would have just tasered him and law be dammed.

  • lawful rebellion... finally a way to fight back!

  • You people are rocking it, do your thing, DO YOUR THING.

  • I wonder if a guy arrested for murder or something can pull this number off

  • @ferndog681 No as that would be braking the common law!!

  • @ferndog681 Nope, cos that is a criminal case not a civil case, and also, u get the choice automatic to be tried by a JURY which is standard in common law but they took it away in civil cases cos they are corporate cases an nothin to do with common law

  • The one dislike was the magistrate! LOL

  • try this in belfast ,and the PSNI ,will smash skulls AMEN

  • I have learnt so much from this video.Thank you.It was very impressive to watch. well done

  • Respect to the police here for (mostly) holding to their oaths.

  • What is the Important Writen Order that is needed?

  • Well done...

Are they still chasing Mr. Stephen Barry for the council taX?

  • I have just suffered a major financial blow that was not of my making, and if I had known about this before going to court, it would have saved me the closure of my business and the loss of three jobs, which I regret most.

Power to the 'Sentient Beings' and I have well and truly removed my 'blinkers'.

  • So it's unclear to me whether or not you paid the tax. They appeared to continue to hold you liable. Is this correct?

  • so nice to see police being so brave as well

  • Are you suggesting i am a witness to what happened in the court room at that particular time by watching this video? Do i have first hand experience?...haha...just joking...cool video...nice to see awake people...xoxo

  • Bravissimo!!!!

tnx for educating and sharing :)

  • its awesome that you guys have respectable cops like that... we don't... not that I've seen..... Canada,.

  • Just seen this, way to go, you can defend me anytime, where do you guys meet, send me details, thanks for the upload

  • Bravo from the U.S.! The laymen of the UK is so very important in this day and age. We (the United States people) are following the path of the UK and don't even see it. If we want to see how our country will turn out by blindly handing powers over to the Gov't all we have to do is look at the UK. We're also seeing Brits saying, "No more!" and want their rights and freedoms back which have been stolen from them under the guise of lawful legislation.

  • @SnapDragon2012 ? IF CONSENTED BY THE GOVERNED

  • What great coppers and a great job from Ray....

  • Amazing, Imagine they taught this in schools rather then spending time letting their students watch movies for an hour and a half.

  • @Lowfun Good point...in America the school systems were set up for a specific purpose back in 1913. Breed employees and soldiers who ask no questions and blindly follow. That's why so many Americans can't grasp the concept of actual "true" freedoms.

  • the judge is not educated on common law...does not know he is working for a corporation, and his ego is seriously bruised.

  • @inspirediam YOU ARE THE ONE WHO CLEARLY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT COMMON LAW

  • @SnapDragon2012 I think you misunderstood me. I am not against what is being portrayed in this video...maybe I do not understand where you are coming from.

  • but he still got the bill

  • can someone explain to me if they will how it matters whether the public gallery stand. What if the lay advisor doesn't know anyone in the public gallery, how can these people give away his power?

  • Just to be Clear "WE ARE FIGHTING BACK"

    All im going to say!!

    "WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH" !!!

  • this is so freeing thank you sooooooooooooooo much. i am know starting to research this in canada....thank you again...

  • Yeah!! Again the Barry Name is synonymous with FREEDOM!.

  • Very well done video, thanks for posting it, and thanks for laying it all out in.. ahem.. laymans terms.

To anyone and everyone: if you want your rights you have to claim them!

    Peace and Love.

    ~D

  • This verbal dance seems to have many nuances I don't fully understand. Very Interesting though.

  • How were the jury able to know not to stand up,

  • @Artbag1 weren't you listening? They claimed common law jurisdiction; Research the difference between common law and commercial, or admiralty law. The courts thrive on people being uninformed and willing to give up their sovereign rights. More examples on the right video column, pffft, use you head

  • Sweet.

  • Is there any site or book that can tell us all step by step how to exactly proceed in the manner to claim jurisdiction under Common Law?

  • so, did the dismissal on the record nullify the previous judgment?

  • @mikked82 research the difference between common law and commercial, or admiralty law. The courts thrive on people being uninformed and willing to give up their sovereign rights.

  • would this tactic be effective in new your courts ? and also is there any where in new york where i can begin to practice or learn how to apply common laws ?

  • as per the letter he will still have to pay, so other than a youtube video what do you have?

  • @cyberknight2010 the judgement was signed 21/2 hrs before the case was even heard. He won't pay a dime and he has a good case against the court.

  • @cyberknight2010 Appellate substantiation.

  • thanks for the upload, just goes to show how corrupt the court system is. they are meant to be protecting us!

  • CASE SOLVED, DISMISSED AND CLOSED... WOOHOO.. CONGRATULAITONS MR STEPHEN BARRY : ) RRRAA RAAAA. i am so happy.. my parents couldnt be bothered learning any of this stuff.... you have to be open minded.. but there theyve been stiffled by religion their whole lives... authority is within... BE YOURSELF : )

  • I've been slowly but surely been trying to educate myself on subjects such as this. It is a pleasure to see this video although edited. In the U.S.A the courts operate in much the same manner. It is very true. Say what you mean and mean what you say. This concept of legal fictions and such are almost indigestable to anyone I attempt to explain it to.

  • So to cut a long story short: he was found liable and if he doesn't pay, he'll end up with a further judgement against him.

This doesn't seem as good as the video makes it sound.

  • @JUK1980 - i think the fact that the judgment was signed two hours before the case was even called guarantees that he will not be paying the penalty.

  • @fowzie777 If he hires a real lawyer, the procedural error of the incorrect time on the order might help him. I wouldn't gamble on it though.

  • someone.. ANYONE.. please tell me as an American.. I am a FREEMAN and have these god given rights, yes? I hope so.. Am I a slave? Can I do this in a U.S. STATE court? What about a Federal court? Please help! Be well all.. freedom for everyone! Never allow yourself to fall in to the arms of corporate, banking tyrrany. And God bless ALL FREEMAN! "No country & no people can be free & ignorant at the same time" -Thomas Jefferson
  • @mrtruthify yes we can do this in the US. dont ask me how just yet but we can. Let the FREEMAN REVOLUTION begin!

  • @mrtruthify Jefferson would say that you can't do this in the US. He was quite committed to the legal authority of the US state. Does that answer your question?

  • Awesome work, but........the reason Stephen Barry was summonsed to court. Was that actually dismissed. I comprehend the entire case but there was a similar one in Canada and it all appeared completed but after the case, the tax or fine was still outstanding and it only APPEARED as a case won!! It actually wasn't. Does anyone who knows this case personally know if it was actually dismissed? Thanks for letting me know. We have a man in jail now 2 wks. Search Owen Sound farmer to view

  • Thx for this!!!!

  • todays television is so nicely done.

it's like candy for the mind,

but even though this video is kind of drab and the titles are difficult to read,

i am watching this and not watching tv.

    i wonder why.

    hmmm....i know.

    it's the content, the story!

    ...it has substance!

  • Will this work in the states? I wonder.

  • @elitedefense72 all western law, law of the sea. seen this one yet? : h t t p:// w w w. youtube.com/watch?v=0ZWWZSVw3vE&feature=related

  • @commonagenet I can't get this/your link to come up, does it have a name/title??? Looking for a USA version as well

  • YOUTUBE IS HIDING COMMENTS AGAIN,, SEE ALL!

  • @commonagenet link does not work for me ;o

  • @commonagenet This link doesn't seem to work anymore

  • @elitedefense72 that is one of the difficulties of operating under common law, each country has its own.

  • @elitedefense72 no as we dont have common law in the within the states.

  • so if i'm right anything that deals with fines etc. fails under the law of the sea?

  • @pistol987 @pistol987 yes, correct! in case you're american you'll find a lot of info over here discharge-debt. com/id73.htm

The system is the same everywhere, the only difference is the vocabulary, thus some people need to do some research

  • @elitedefense72 should work in all countries of the world as common law is...common law,

  • @elitedefense72 Are there any public courts in the states?

  • @elitedefense72 Are there any comercial courts in the states?

  • @eddiekoski all courts in the states is commerical/most of them

  • @elitedefense72 yes it will work in the u.s its called the strawman research it ;)

this is your biggest defence ever if you can move a court.

  • @McSkippy12891

Can you post a case where it has worked?

  • @elitedefense72 will it work in the states? It didn't work here so I doubt it...

  • Comment removed

  • @vinnys025 You don't have to be a lawyer to see this is nonsense. I looked into a couple of the cases where people tried this on, the lucky ones ended up having to pay the fines (ie it only worked in their mind) and the unlucky ones were sent to jail. If you are interested, there is a large cash prize for anyone that can demonstrate someone winning a case with freeman tactics. To date, no one has been able to show a case where this has worked.

  • @bobtg as theory is speculation stated it does and will work in the uk and the united states because it is COMMON LAW i have looked in to a lot of cases and IT HAS WORKED EVERY SINGLE TIME! I quote case:

    415 U.S. 528 (1974)

    HAGANS ET AL.

    v.

LAVINE, COMMISSIONER, NEW YORK DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, ET AL.

No. 72-6476. GO LOOK IT UP YOURSELF ALL LAW IS MADE FROM PREVIOUS LAW - U DK

  • @elitedefense72 Yes it will, it also a commonwealth nation under common law jurisdiction = exactly the same

  • that was so inspiring, Adelaide South Australia is also waking up

  • @dyin2liv1 that's great to hear. have you seen any of the Brian Shaw stuff on here. the Un Trap is a ripper, the name is a little off putting, but by the end of the show, you no why he had to call it that... cheers.

  • @commonagenet thanks for the info, no i have not seen any of that stuff yet but i will take a look now thanks mate.

  • @commonagenet did he/does he now not have to pay council tax ??

  • @chino187ify ..I think that your answer is YES, given that the Freetard who posted the video did not answer your question after a MONTH.

  • There strengh and there speed are still based in a world of rules.Because of that they will never be as strong and fast as you can be " what are you tring to tell me that I can dodge bullets" No Neo, Im tring to tell you that when your ready you won't have to

  • Superb! That's what it's all about! Well done! Time to spread the news and FREE the PEOPLE of this commercial Demonic possession!

  • Haha that was a good show! :-)

  • in the us you would have been tazzed maced and beat. keep up the good work!

  • that was beautiful.

  • Im a little worried as I am a man who is going to court by himself soon. I dont have a bunch of people to take to the public gallery who will stay seated as the magistrates come in and deny them juristiction so therfore I will no doubt have to take the shafting by the statutes imposed on me by commercial law. Unless I have it wrong here and as long as I dont stand when they enter the court I can deny them juristiction over me? Im not sure...

  • @ashleelmb Friendly advise for you.......go to court (this time) and pay whatever the bastards want! They love throwing people in jail for this stuff . Study this stuff and stick it to them big time when it suits you!! Keep the ace up your sleeve for when you know how to play it :)

  • @TheTrainstation: thanks for the advice... :)

  • @ashleelmb Ps. if you stand that means your contracting..... if they tell you to sit and you then sit ...thats contracting...if they ask you to repeat yourself and you comply, guess what? its contracting. If you voluntarily comply with an order in any way its contracting. WATCH THE ANTI-TERRORIST TYPE IT INTO YOUTUBE NOW DUDE:)

  • THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL

  • if you type in kalgoorlie court, you can see what happened to us in australia

  • Excellent!

    Well done people.

There's growing numbers of us here in Australia doing similar things.

  • This brings a tear to my eye, but obviously there was correspondence afterward. Did this really get entirely dismissed? Why was he there?

  • @lonecrow66 entirely dismissed. end of stephen barry's feud with the local council! he was there as he refused to pay his council tax.
