"waka waka" que shakira a repris a été en fait chanté par un groupe sud-américain en 1982, le groupe est composé que de femmes et le titre de la chanson est en fait "el negro no puede". je suis tomdé de haut quand je l'ai découvert. l'original se trouve ici sur youtube.

Tam tam means "drum" in French. However, she plays with words in her song by mixing the Beti word "etamm" with the "tam" in "tam tam" . "Etamm" means "alone" as "in being alone". In Cameroon, Beti people live in the southern part of the country, around Yaounde. The Beti people include several groups such as Ewondo, Bulu, Etoon, Fang, Ntumu, Meukiia, Nanga Eboko... and so forth. They speak the same basic language with some minute differences in pronunciation. I think that Sally sings in Etoon.

The language Sally speaks is called "étone". The song genarally means that she is alone, she is still looking for someone to tell her "i love you", she says she understand nothing since she refuses no one... so that's the general idea.
