@moyelchapin1 Well, that'd be nice but in my Ford F150 FX4 i have a factory subwoofer. Its a 10" on a 100 watt amp. And ive heard other peoples subs and this one kicks pretty good. but the only thing i hate about it is that i think the stereo lowers the speaker volume when the bass hits. and it gets annoying. But those 4 INFINITYs should do the job though. Nice setup tho man.

It is rated 2000 rms but that is not what you will actually get out of it. I was getting about 1200-1400 watts. That box is too big for any car, unless you take the interior out.

I have 2 08kicker L7's with a hifonics bxi2008d 2000RMS amp... looking to see how you wired this... I am looking at a 0 gauge wire kit for the amp. Was wondering if you still have a stock alternator, from what I have seen, with this much power, we should have a 200 amp high output alternator. I also have bought a 2 farad capacitor to help stablize even more... what are your thoughts?

I had them wired in parallel. 0 gauge is a good idea, positive and negative. I had a stock alternator, but an upgraded one is a great idea. My advice is to ditch the capacitor and buy a good car audio battery instead. Capacitors are a marketing scheme and don't actually help you. Both stinger and kinetic batteries would be a good choice, although there are other choices out there.

Yeah thats kind of what I have been seeing, everyone is saying that i need to get the big 3 for the wires to the alternator.... a high output alt. and then a yellow top batt. which i have from my previous system.... not looking to buy a new alt. that sh*t is going to get expensive quick...lol.... how did you hook up the 2nd battery?

if the battery is drained turn the audio system off let the alternator charge the battery before shutting car off

draining the battery will destroy your battery!

test the alternator if it is good, get a bigger battery or two

just because its a monoblock doesnt mean u cant run more than one sub on it in fact most mono blocks come with with 4 terminals so that u can wire 2 subs together parallel easier most people mistake them for 2 channels when they see the 4 terminals also wiring them parallel lowers the impence therefore u get a higher wattage output
