WARNING: Thia DOES NOT work with a desktop. I have tried it on 2. It only worked on my 2 laptops.
They should specify LAPTOPS ONLY! Even though their FAQ mentions using it on a desktop, it DOES NOT work on a desktop. I tried it on 2. I called HP support and they were clueless. They could not even have a conversation with me about this product. I was transferred 3 times and then disconnected from the call. Not happy!

this model comes with a PC hanger the hangs off of the back of the laptop...maybe he didn't know that was what it was for.
