General Johnson has a bit of Screamin' Jay Hawkins eye intensity - but you still want to hang for a good time. Great 'Pepsi Generation' stuff. And that has to be John Hartford with an intro at the very start.

Let's tell the truth, this man had good videos before videos were a thing of modern day releases of a song. And this one would've sold more records than he had sold on this masterpiece. Man I feel sideswiped! I have looked for footage this great for ages and now that I finally do get to experience that joy (~ this video was a blast and well worth the wait~) I find that General Johnson has gone on to his reward. This is a fabulous example of HDH switching around musical pieces. This US 45 version has no strings in the middle for example....the album version (ie the UK 45 version) has strings.
