It's funny how the little things in this business make the biggest difference. I first seen this video about a year ago. I started sending pocket calenders in the mail and put my appoitment date inside of it. The calenders vary from cats, dogs, cars... ect. You would not believe the follow up calls I get thanking me for the calander before I can even do a follow up call myself. This advice has easily givin me an extra 3-5 sales a month!! Thank you, I watch your videos every morning before work!!
