  • OMG, anyways girl there is nothing wrong with your body, i understand doing what makes you happy, but you really dont need to lose any weight. Size 0 is not sexy being REAL is. Curves are beautiful. And FYI your skinny...not putting this on here to judge just letting you know your not in any way fat, or chubby even. Good luck!

  • Good job. On a side note, interval training is aimed at improving performance. If your goal is weight loss, you should go at a lower intensity, for much longer. It's not only about the number of calories burnt. Interval training typically uses more glycogen (carbs) than fat, because fat can't be transformed into energy fast enough to be used. To the contrary, long and slow will burn mostly fat. You would be better off not doing any interval training whatsoever.
