I am sorry but frankly I find the whole P90X diet rather ridiculous. Do not get me wrong, I am sure scientifically it works out well but in real life it is a total farce. By far the worst aspect of the training.
I think I have a better chance of becoming a top chef than getting a beach body out of all this!
hey man first of all...great job!!! but i just want to tell you (i dont know if you know this) but diet drinks actually spark your hunger for sweets...just an FYI but other than that...GREAT JOB!
I would say it'd be okay... I don't think you'd use incredibly heavy weight to workout.. If you want to get into shape, leave the workout routine videos and lifting to the big boys. At your age you should be chasing girls and getting into some trouble hah. In my opinion, if you want to get into shape, go out for track or football, or any strenuous sport really.
I really don't see the point in that. Wait a couple of years till you're fully grown. There's still tons of different exercices that you can do: e.g. pull-ups, pushups, situps, running etc. Don't start off with weight-traning yet.
hey umm i was wondering what kind of equipment do i need for p90x, and if i need any special kind of equipment can u let me know? i also want to let u know that pita bread is delicious with tomato soup. write me back plz
Carbs arent bad for you, its good to have a certain amount especially doing p90x I mean you will work your butt off, but i would recommend Yogurts if you like that, I perfer the ones that are 99% fat free and are around 50c per yogurt, not to mention it has flavor and isnt bad for you at all, its good to have your calcium and great tasting food :)
Congrats and keep up what your doing, the list is impressive, but i dont see enough meat in there you need your protein so include some chicken, eggs, veal, beef, fish also the best thing to drink is pure water keep things simple all those diet things are either high in carbs or sugar also get some sort of healthy oils/fats to tae like seven seas or flax oil best way to cook your food is to boil / broil steam grill or bake and lastly eat the veggies raw you get more nutrients like that.
Also I highly recommend that you try sprouted grain bread. I like Silver Hills Bakery - Harvest Seed. It has 16g carbs, 2.5g fat, 6g protein, 5g fiber!! 88% organic and the fat is from flax, pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds. I like the lighter texture compared to heavier sprouted grain breads.
Thanks for the tip. I only grocery shop once every three weeks, so it was meant to last. I still have some of that stuff. I've been using Carb Helper brand bread, but I'll look for the stuff you suggested!
Sorry, Banana, I missed that lesson in 2nd grade! LOL. I was trying to say two things at once: I don't usually get vegetables and I transitioned badly into grabbing the items. Great catch!
good job on progress but the diet coke is bad for you worse than regular it will be better just drink a healther drink without caffine and other stuff just a tip
It cost me about $100. I did not go out to eat at all this week. I did struggle with the food, though. Check my blog as I go into detail there. I'll also do a week in review blog tonight or tomorrow.

That's just my advice.

Dude! You bought way too many carbs for one week.
