how to level up in morrowind

One thing I did not realize for years is the best way of moving around when you are high leveled. You should make your own jumping spells and make a few of them of varying powers. You move very fast when you jump with a spell cast.

The most effective way to level up would be to have x10 level ups in Three skills that have a different governing attribute, On level up you'll be rewarded with x5 to those 3 stats. Go into Major and Minor skills only until the level up, then go into Misc skills, if you have a x1/x2 level up average your character will never have maxxed out attributes. I've played the game for 6 years.

@Kaeyeth I didn't know if anyone else knew this method. I also make sure that my major and minor skills are all spread out over the governing attributes. You then buy 10 levels with two non main skills and then ten of your main skills. Choose 3 different governing attibutes and you are set.

Umm well first I leveled it up as high as I could then i wear my boots of blinding speed which give it a great boost but the blinding effect sucks so I can use resist blinding potians until I'm immune then I equip it. Also I have my "traveling pants" which I made myself and just let me water walk and boost my speed.

lol I have already wlked to Solstihine. (didn't have the money on me so I was lazy and walked) But you need to enchant exsquite pants for Constent effect water walk and then I believe 7 points of fortify speed. I can make a movie on how to get Constent effect If anybody is interested because you need a certain soul gem and soul to do it right if anybody requests.
