Mario is better in my eyes, Sonic had about 10 good games (Sonic 1-3, Knuck, Adventure 1,2, advanced, 1-3, Rush) and the rest is crap with a few OKs. But Mario has over 30 grates (Donkey Kong/Jr, Mario Bros, SMB1-3, SMW/2, RPG, Kart, Dr., 64, Sunshine, Galaxy 1-2, M&L 1-3, Paper 1-3, Party, Land 1-4, NSMB/wii, ect...)

I love both Mario and Sonic games. However, as a character, I like Sonic a lot better. Plus Sonic is a blue hedgehog, Mario is an overweight plumber. I don't really love either of them, but I like Mario more. He's got Super Mario World, my favorite 16-bit game, and one of my favorite games of all time. I like Mario's 3 3D games, and all of his RPG's that I can recall. I only really like Sonic Unleashed in the 3D Department, and I only really love Sonic CD.

Sonic adventure has like, 4 shitty characters not named Sonic. There's 1 character playable character who's not Sonic in unleashed, and even so, werehog was bearable compared to the other characters trash in SA1. And, like I said before, Sonics normal stages are fucking awesome, they're by far the best 3D Sonic stages ever made.

unleashed was ok. the day stages were a breath of fresh air, and although it would have done better without that ball of pubic hair the werehog, the night stages were an interesting experiment that just didnt work. although they werent even THAT bad... but they still werent good. you cant disagree when i say that unleashed was the best sonic game that came out since secret rings, which also wasnt great but still good enough to keep hope alive for sonic games

Hands down Sonic was famous back in the day.

I am a supporter of Sonic ever since child hood.

I am aware of Mario's achievements but sadly I hate how critics say such awtiful things about Sonic.

I would care about an original character than one that wasn't much original.

Sonic did get time travel right with Sonic CD but not Mario.

Sonic does have a near perfect 3D game known as Sonic Adventure.

I welcome a lot of his classics.

I don't care about bad voicing like Sonic Adventure 2.
