  • i should learn that for next time my aunties try to pinch my cheeks 1:42

  • name of song?

  • vodka is there only weakness!!!

  • yes, quite unbelievable, can anyone tell me what had happened on 1:22? just by touching, if so, that's so amazing!

  • Is it just me or does the guy in yellow delivering strikes look like Charlie Sheen? :P

  • That guy at 2:21 must be tired of being a Crash Test Dummy :)

  • does anybody know the name of this song or the artist?

  • Systema is based on a lot of research that was done by the Soviet Army. I learned a lot about it from scott sonnon

  • Systema was influenced by it's neighboring Chinese martial arts and branches of Kung Fu, especially the older Chen style of Tai

Chi. This style of Tai Chi was more into quick strikes like the one inch punch and also sudden clinching throws and takedowns. Both also use what the Chinese masters call "Bo Lang Shen Fa" or wave-like striking methods

  • @Bo678 either you read too much on wikipedia, or TEACH ME MASTER

  • is this available only in rusia to train???

  • WE WANNA SEE SYSTEMA VS MMA!!!

  • @VincenzoFlor Systema would win hands down. MMA is a show sport, Systema is a real martial art.

  • russian chuck norris

  • chuck norris got fat

  • Some of them looks like Eskrima or modern arnis.

  • I wanna do that!

  • 1:26 and 1:42 just epic :)

  • Love this style

  • They look so freaking relaxed when kicking behind

  • Three Systema's masters in one video.

    A pleasure!

  • 1:21 Awesome!

Vladimir Vasiliev is a real Systema master!

  • just did my first session today, just got owned and it was awesome

  • Hahahaha I need to learn me some systema XD

  • HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA

  • eggsaladinthetub kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk..........

  • how could people dislike?

  • @appletonredsox They dislike to be hitten by Vladimir Vasiliev XD

  • too bad this won't work on chuck norris though

  • @mislai it definetly is not fake, i think they do some things a bit slower and some dudes fall quite fast. But its real, you should try it one time:)

  • Now I know why The Spetsnaz are so highly thought of around the world... Now I'm surprised that the SAS are still the best in the world...

  • Jeremy Camp - Breathe

If this is the song you're looking for

  • The song is Breathe by Jeremy Camp.

    I liked 2:03 the best

  • American fat people have guns.

    Russian fat people are ninjas.

  • @eggsaladinthetub ninjas with guns to:)))

  • @eggsaladinthetub

    american fat people have guns.

russian fat people have both guns and the best martial art training in the world

  • lol so why did all of those guys fall over for no reason?

  • @assassinbountyhunter they got pwned by a ninja

  • LOL 2:00 Did he SHOOT the gun at him?

  • 2:22 gold

  • isnt it fake?????????? looks like.

otherwise systema fighters would rule MMA and would be millionaires. :))))))

  • @mislai no it isnt. i'm training this martial art and it realy works. the correct word is Biomechanics. if a systema-guy hits you, it looks like everything should be ok, but you feel, that it isnt. it realy works, looks in few cases harmless, but thats a lie..

  • @mislai

If these guys used these skills in the Ring they would all be in prison :).

  • @mislai and why would they want to be gladiators for others to watch? mma is just a fun for masses. systema serves other purpose.

  • !!!!! Just love SYSTEMA...shame that vlad and rybko didn't ever come to Czech Republic :((

  • This song is gorgerous ! Does anybody know name of this song ... ? =))

  • @TheEdit9 Jeremy Camp - Breathe

  • This looks so strange, would love to see how effective this is on me

  • @mitre991 I learn "the system" right now, when i first started i though it was just jumping around like a fairy and looking good, i didnt think it was overly useful compaired to other arts i have done but once you learn a few things you are very suprised at how good it really works. In my personal opinion its the best out there.

  • @mitre991 Ït would be easy...just come and try ;-)

  • @mitre991 Something tells me you don't ;)

  • @mitre991 you would be surprised, they will work your balance and joints a way you couldnt even imagine

  • Great systema movie can i ask who sing that song under the movie? Thanks

  • the gun to the head disarm at 2:08 was just amazing in terms of speed and efficiency

  • WOW! This was almost like watching someone eat a soup sandwich, very sloppy.

  • CHRISTIAN PROUD

  • Crazy

  • 2:20 and 2:26 woh...

  • 1:13 is that Charlie Sheen? :-D

  • Sin duda tiene mucha influencia de los principios del Aikido

  • thats awesome

  • In Soviet Russia, Systema does YOU!

  • @Fupper16 hahahaha

  • i really woud love to get knocked out by this fat man, doubt tht this thing is workng, i didn t chek it until today ,but i will next time i hear something about systema i wll go there and let him do his thing , i´ill do mine , as i said i am a wing tsun pract.

and i know hwat i do thats why it would be very interesting how he reacts on real dangerous attak not the kid punches ppl give him because of respect , i want to see a real fight one on one , this would convince me, this here i only techn,

  • Jeremy Camp - Breathe

  • i really need to learn this. Anyone know where?

  • マジだったらすごい

  • whats the name of the song??

  • i am looking to take up a martial arts, and i was wondering your guys' opinions about my choices, i want to take up either sambo or systema "russian style" hand to hand combat, and also if i do take up systema, i live in tucson az, not la, where/how would i learn it. is it really as effective as it seems?

  • @monkeyape1248 systema is even more effective than it seems. this video is free, so can you imagine what can they teach you if you pay? LOL no really, its pure effectiveness

  • Great Martial Art and a good Video ;)

    Whats the songs name?

  • I love how Ryabko has a habit of just utterly manhandling people when he demonstrates.

  • I wanna learn this so bad

  • Very interesting system

  • if everyone knew systema and everybody else knew that every person knows systema there wouldnt be half the crimes in the world today (and im talkin crimes on street level) people need to know how to defend themselves

  • Systema is not about the techniques, it's about principles and improvisation

and the punching is about forcing the energy of the whole body to you're fist and then exploding in the enemy , it's like "kicking someone with you're fist"

    Great video, keep'em coming :D

  • 0:16 loool....

  • these guys look like they haven't eaten in days......they can't even hold a knife with a little strength behind it....i can take any1 one if they haven't eaten in a week, and they got a knife...

  • vladimir vasiliev is the man

  • i want to see Mikhail Ryabko Vs. Vladimir Vasiliev

  • thats why you dont do the wave with fat guys

  • Nie mówię że to łatwe ,ale tu tylko trzeba znać czułe punkty człowieka oraz jego budowę.

  • in soviet Russia fat guy messes with you.

  • so quick, so smooth, so efficient.... >.<

In eastern, what martial arts that is most likely in the same type with this?

  • @xiucaisoldier Judging by this vid, it's similar to Aikido in some ways, except Aikido has less emphasis on strikes and almost none on pressure points. It's mostly throws and joint manipulation. Be sure to check out your local dojo first, though, because there's a lot of people who THINK they understand Aikido but don't, and still more who do but are just bad at teaching it.

  • @JaeSenji yes some moves look similar

  • Russia For Ever And Never !

  • great song, awesome art

  • definitely some Wing Chun type stuff in there.

  • 2:05.. something a friend would do to you randomly.. lol

  • I need to take this guys pictures and memorize them... just in case I ever visit Russia I´ll know who not to mess with

  • wow :D

  • Thats cool. How far back does Russian history go? I often wondered if they where influenced by the romans or did they have their own empire? I know nothing about Russian history and am now very curious.

  • @fightnight79 lol search it up pretty interesting

  • @fightnight79 Wikipedia. Look up the Cossacks in particular. And, check out Sambo.

  • I am new to systema . I thought this video goes a great job showing the effectiveness of this art. I currently study Okinawan Karate (Isshinryu) and am interested in expanding my knowledge of different styles of martial arts.

  • @eapollo I can advise u to either carry on with Karate and do Judo...or if u want to quit Karate, then move on to SanShou(Sanda)...on theory systema is good but trust me mate...nobody will wait for you to spin them around and make them dance on their toes, especially someone stronger than you.Let alone a boxer or a cage fighter, who will perform 10-20 strike combos,80% of whom u will not see...its all about sparring and not set techniques who are complicated and hard to remember.

  • @ImperialPride7 If Systema didn't work, then why would the Spetsnaz use it? A boxer can only punch, and as for a cage fighter, are you serious about "10-20 strike combos"? That has to be the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. MMA fighters train to fight in a cage, bound by a set of rules, for 3 minute bouts; their skills would only translate to the real world under the assumption that whoever is attacking you is unarmed; not a one of them practices disarms or small joint locks. Real helpful.

  • @ImperialPride7 I hope you're not judging this martial art only because of the videos you have seen of it. That would be quite unfair, because: a) in most videos, you see people PRACTICING and TRAINING systema. It's an imense difference whether you just practice something or really use it, as in a fight. And b) judging something without actually having experienced something first hand is, how to put it... Very narrow minded.

  • @ImperialPride7 WHat you're talking about is more Krav Maga, this looks VERY similar to Krav, just dont try using it in cage fighting or tournaments, you'll bloody kill someone.

  • @eapollo ditch the karate crap, go for Aikido+ Muay Thai!! thats the real stuff!!!

  • i gotta say 1:20 looked pretty fake lol

  • @xX3PIDEMICXx27 It's kinda hard to see but the reason it looks fake is because he has something in his hand that he hits them with thats really difficult to see, he isn't jkust flailing his arm around.

  • @RayvenQ You mean that thing that looked like a whip?

I think he was talking about the clip following that one.

  • @VinnieDain424 I don't get what you mean

  • This is it!! This is the stuff!! God bless your hearts!!!! Thank you for sharing with the world!!

  • Don't mess with the fat guys in Russia

  • @moomoo1337 michael rybko kicks buts

  • @moomoo1337 very direct and concise, just like the Russians. LOL

  • russian power

  • its hard to take this seriously when all of the practitioners are wicked out of shape

  • I would like to see a Kiai vs Systema throwdown to determine the ultimate Pretend Fighting System

  • Very effective and cool sport, but the movements look a little spastic sometimes though they are super effective

  • Music is: Breathe - Jeremy Camp

  • What's name of the song??

  • is the music by Jeramy Camp?

  • 2:19

  • 1:45 wow....

  • master mikhail is the most dangerouse striker ever seen

  • @juifquiaimeleshommes hes a useless conman, the biomechanics are all wrong and nobody can strike from such a poor base. The style is irrelevant, all human movement is governed by the same principles which are absolute truths.

  • I don't think he pretend that this kind of strike hits harder than a "classic", body-engaged one. He may not beat a boxer's score on a funfair punch-machine. But trust me, seriously, you can learn to hit hard ENOUGH this way, and the feeling is pretty different and uncomfortable. Claiming what you're claiming without having experienced thoses kind of strikes is a bit stupid. I know it sound like a "I do systema, I have stockholm syndrom". But it's just an absolut truth : thoses guys can hit.

  • whats the music?

Systema _/ Russian style of self defence and nothing else can beat that...

  • fake.

  • What is the Song name? NEED!

  • my instructor once told us, that when he studied systema in Russia, their instructor used to send them to the street, to start fights with ordinary street people, because the best way to learn, is through real experience.

    funny.

but even funnier was when we were taught how to attack with a knife.

what we didn't understand is why would we need to attack an unarmed man, with a knife. let alone slit his throat .

why on earth would we be those with the knife?

    anyway, a lot of fun.

  • Why have I never seen anybody ever keep their hands up in a Systema video? Not even the "attacker" in demo drills.

  • great for selfdefence but it's just not the same

  • some things are fake IMHO

  • Sergei.. sounds like a name in hitman. AWESOME :)

  • yeah,it seems useful!!...too bad there are not many gym of this martial art

  • you can cearly see these movement are fake, the attacker just throw himself down when hit. does'nt work in real life combat. it looks cool though, nice for movie combats

  • nice

  • if i had know this, wrestling would have been alot easier...

  • nice.

vlad and ryabko I know, but who's the guy in the red striped pants?

    nice ballistic throws...

  • @richardshapiroII Sergei Borschev

  • @richardshapiroII how are they nice throws, there is zero resistance and the lad is jumping for him.I can do every single throw in the kodokan syllabus almost perfectly against a dummy like that, but about 5 or 6 in a real match, its the same at the highest level.

  • lololol 1:21

  • This is a sport where people fall down when they get touched very softly? Meh, I hate these kind of peace loving hippies: 'lets touch each other and fall down, just to show people that fighting is stupid". Get a life.

  • @kenz0r1337 LOL these guys are "peace loving hippies"? hmmm I would have to say they are peace loving.

  • @recshooter Don't feed the Troll :P

  • @Maglust ehhh just having fun

  • @kenz0r1337

    these things hurt a lot.

my instructor used to show the moves on me, because he said i knew how to fall well.

i can assure you that in the hands of the master, it realy hurts.

for the students it didn' seem so elegant and easy, but when the instructor demonstrated, believe me, it hurts.

takes too much time to master, as its mostly technique. i left it, even though i loved it.

  • @kenz0r1337 lol say that to a spetsnaz operative

  • No it isn't a lets fall down when he hits me sport. Its a martial art form used by Spetsnatz secret forces. They use certain points on the human body where nerves come together & cluster. Hitting these points is like hitting that special nerf point on your elbow everybody knows what I mean, that electrical prickle feeling if you bump your elbow against something & thats how this works. I have been practicing martial arts for many years. I was sceptic but it does work if done correctly.

  • I thought it was interesting song choice, because isn't Systema breathing one of its foundations?

  • @Hermylolol Exactly

  • 0:36 is that Maxim Franz?

  • my friend told me this type of martial arts has to do mainly with extreme pressure points, which would explain all of the falling limp ;)

  • it seems kinda hard to believe but if this is what the soviet used to teach the Spetsnaz GRU you'd better believe it works

  • @rigotto 90. This has not much to do with karate. The guy in the video is also training some spezna troops i believe. I wouldnt suggest calling him a fattie face to face....Saw him in a docu once. Really skilled, flexible guy. Never tried systema but it must be awesome. Many other elite forces use it these days as well.

  • what song want to know

  • lol^^ @1:37 "in your face!" xDD pretty nice

  • hey,ho know wath this a song at move?

  • A lot of these moves looks ineffective

  • I like how even fat guys can use it effectively.

  • There is a lot of power with the punches. mainly because you must strengthen your fists to be bricks, but the follow through. The punches hurt but if you stay relaxed your good.

  • I just took the a systema class. It's definetely different than martial arts systems. Systema is actually no system. Its getting out of the way and counterstrike. Moving out of the way of a knife and countering. it's ok

  • what is this song called?

  • There's some stuff here where the principles behind it are good. Staying relaxed until right before contact, snapping the wrist, etc.(old school kung fu techniques, really)

But nobody is gonna get niptipped with a blade sweep down the front of their body and go to the ground all messed up and immobile. (at 0:17) Or get thrown 5 feet with a small punch while bear hugging (1:18).

  • If you wana talk about self defense say aiki jutsu

go to aiki jutsu by youssef deeb and see..;)

btw ufc is not a sport it who hits on the chin fastest !!!

  • some people think its fake? idiots, \it just different than other martial arts, it uses basics like balance and leverage. but it has alot of other elements in there too. yes some stuff has to be staged. all ma is. and this martial art gave me training that made me better at life, like football, school fights and top MMA fighters use this. and besides, it can't bew unrelieable if the spetnaz uses it and the marines are learning to use it as well. and it is real, i have been thrown like this

  • awsome I like it!!!

  • 1:42, WOW

  • Im so sick of seeing ridiculously out of shape karate instructors. Makes martial arts look like a joke, in a fight against a trained opponent youre screwed if youre that overweight. Try fighting a boxer in that kind of shape. Its called cardio and youd better be able to outlast your opponent if he's not dumb enough to bumrush a blueberry figured martial artist. No disrespect its not about vanity but if youre a fighter or a martial artist you should be open for eliminating your weaknesses.

  • do you realize who the fat guy is. these guys are the best of the best Russian military. THEY WHERE FIGHTING AFGAN TERRORISTS FOR LONGER AND WELL BEFORE THE YANKS.the yanks gave them the gear to fight russia systema is a complete system for life not just a martial art. it's confidence based not competence based. spend $20 and buy "let every breath" and read it. Mikhail Ryabko (the fat bloke ) is now Captain of the Russian special forces and he created the modern version of systema....

  • this is awesome.... what i would love to know i what the song is?

  • There's not ONE person I know of that has experienced Systema first hand that didn't turn into a believer afterwards! Systema doesn't look fancy BECAUSE it is effective! American soldiers rely more on gear before skill, russian special forces rely on the men before anything else, their training is soooooo many more times tougher than anything any other country puts their boys through, you don't think that the russian elite's fighting system is realistic??? LOL

  • 1;45 loooool

  • Whats the name of the song ? :)

  • Whats the song!!! ? ?

  • does any one know this song who sings it

  • Systema rocks!

  • I trained system for a while and I can honestly say that I learned, nothing. Other than pointless breathing exercises and having partners do pushups on one side of my chest I learned VERY little that would actually be usefull in a street fight. Not sure how effective it is but I switched over to Krav Maga (this being a few years ago) and like it much more. To each his own I guess. Thanks for the vid tho.

  • Do not know the title of the music being used in this video?

Please tell me if you know someone

  • This is awesome.

  • 1:46 was just insane...

  • looks fake to me, a case of where the students submit willingly to the instructor

  • were sing that song????

  • vodka! it's the only explanation..

  • for you basic people that dont get it. its like russian karate

  • for you basic people that dont get it. its like russian karate
