    I QUIT COLD TURKEY AFTER 1 YEAR OF SMOKING. AN OLD MAN I SAW ON YOUTUBE QUIT COLD TURKEY AFTER 40 YEARS OF SMOKING. I KNOW WHAT THE CRAVING FEELS LIKE BUT IF YOU DON'T GIVE INTO IT FOR A WEEK IT GOES AWAY!

  • Can you help me with my only one stupid craving... since 11 MAY i am trying my best.. i'm 22 and at this age people love smoking but still i am trying and giving my 100 % . and i hardly smoked except 2-3 times since 20 days... though i'm a chain smoker since 3-4 years.. What I want to ask is i have a stupid craving to smoke at airports when i'm travelling can i keep things easy and allow to only smoke at airports ? do tell .. i know it sounds stupid .   • @MrSmartMuslim Stop smoking, easy as pie. Buy some weed, it might make you realize how disgusting tobacco is.

    1: Get rid of all your smokes (if you can't do this you might as well give up)

    2: When you see someone else smoking remember that there stupid and you don't need smokes to live.

    3: Realize that the tobacco company's get away with murder.

  • Hi, well I like the video in the way of how to resolve your mind and not let it trick you but I also think that for some people it is not just about their state of mind, me as an example. I think for some the physical wihdrawal symptoms are an obstacel even if you have just quit for a few hours or a day or 2, what I am saying sometimes that part is worse to overcome and some people my need medical help with their physical problem while going in detoxication and not just their minds resolved.

  • To be more specific I have tried to quit but I have failed cause once i do it causes constipation but not just a normal constipation, a severe one even my colon starts to hurt and overall I have abdominal pain (that shown in the first 24 hrs) I can go on for three days more cause I have in the past, But after the three days of not being able to go to the bathroom AT ALL of course you are in real pain.

  • I am starting a high fiber diet since today and with natural laxatives to adjust my body, said by a doctor. I am supposed to wait for that to kick in for a couple of weeks 2 to 3 witout living the cig but smoking less. After that I can try again and my stomach is now supposed to work properly without the need of smoking. Maybe not work as in 100% perfect but at least being able to go to the bathroom daily.

  • Dude when you quit smoking, your digestive system will get better. Give it week drink plenty of water. Get those laxative it will defiently help. Good luck and seeing u never post for 7 month i hope you already call yourself an exsmoker if not , let this be reminder keep trying buddy u'll get it.

Not because you're unoriginal, but because a lot of great ideas have been out there and I appreciate you compiling them and making them make sense. But when you said that cigarettes don't effect life stress, only addiction stress... WOW! I never thought about that before. Well done homie.

  • You are a good guy... I enjoy your videos and find them helpful. This will be the 3rd and hopefully final time I quit smoking. 2 times priror I quit for a year both times... I always end up in the wrong place at the wrong time and I end up asking the person I'm with for a cigarette thinking just that one will be harmless then BOOM not long after that I'm back the store buying a pack.. then I got into all out addiction over again.

  • Thanks for he comment "dippydoo" Its good hat you want to quit. That is what you need to start with. Remember that because your young you may feel kind of immortal. Because young people who smoke very rarely have an illness related to tobacco. But don't be fooled by this evil trick.Your body is suffering each time you light up but you know that already. You have to try and change the wanting to quit to actually doing it. It's easy because guess what...there is no pain whatsoever only freedom.

  • Hi Fielmeria. Yes it's true. Smokers should never think or accept that their is a fight.Fights create fear. You must put in your mind that the monster's services are no longer needed. It was a mistake and you have (with elation) terminated the contract. Thank you very much!

    This can be done easily. Remember the parallel here. The Monster is the addiction. Stop feeding an addiction and the addiction dies of startvation. It's easy to do this if you do it with elation.
