Jmann dropped out of the band due to his fathers health problems and his own personal live issues. He still helps the band a lot in terms of producing and song writing and he may even come back. There is no conflict with Jmann and Waylon or Jmann and the band. Jmann actually recommanded Waylon to replace him since Waylon has the speed and deep screaming to sound identical. Don't be surprised to see Jmann back within 2-3 years.
