Waht level should i evolve gilgar? I want it to learn thunder fang and ice fang so what level would be best to evolve him to get those moves?

I have 2 questions, how did u get the razor fang to evolve Gligar and how did u get the english language for pokemon platinum.

In platinum u can find razor fang on route 214, in the place where in d/p was tinymushroom. For english platinum ask google ;p

u have to give gligar the razor fang and lvl it up at night must be atleast lvl 30 i tink
