This is a realy big and diffecult issue

Or maybe it's not that diffecult

It's better to give those familys help then to take the children

In cases of abuse, well that is something else, but they still need help not just have taken their children away

In the Netherlands last year we had some drama with parrents killing their children and then themselfs

In those cases i think they should have taken the children and place them in foster for as long as it takes to help the parrents

But when i read the numbers and the reasons why they are taken children from their parrent, that does hurt and i believe that is not nessacery, and only hurts and destroys the family and most likely the future of the child

hey Rob.. although I in principle agree that some cases are not proved.. the courts must decide on the safety of the child and in most cases intervention is a last resort,there has been some tragic cases not least the Baby P case.. but great for bringing this issue into the public forum..
