The economists I've read all say the colonial empires cost the European nations far more than they ever paid out. The Brits would have profited far more to have done business with the Nawabs and Maharajahs than to have conquered and taken over the place.

If this is the case Satyajit Ray is the true master genius visionary of Indian cinema................Then there is no regret, that Jewish Bollywood/Hollywood never worked with him. Or attempted to tackle the more serious themes meaningfully, instead of churning out banal escapism for kids.
