What I don't like about Bernie Ecclestone and Max Mosley is the fact that they let Ferrari basically get away with murder but yet if McLaren-Mercedes, Red Bull, Scuderia Toro Rosso, BMW Sauber, or any other team do any of the stuff that Ferrari does the FIA would throw the book at them. Personally I am glad I am not involved with Formula 1 because if I was Mosley and Ecclestone would be getting their asses kicked by Ron Dennis and anyone else that Mosley and Ecclestone have screwed over.

a) his privacy was invaded to obtain this footage

As a Formula One fan I cannot say that I feel strongly for or against Max Mosely really, people's privates lives should be kept private, and he has done well to get to such a position while having a past where his father was the leader of the British Union of Facists. Formula One is about racing not about politics, it should not be brought into the matter.

Mosley has the right to do what ever he wants in his private life however, for the sport of racing and for Formula 1 in general there has been alot of problems such as the McLaren having stolen Ferrari information. What the racing world needs to do is clean up the sport. Max seems to do a good job, but is a good job enough to keep your job if your the head of FIA we will see what the aftermath of this is, I have a strange feeling that we will see some countries begin to pull out of FIA.

The tyranny of mad max is to continue until Oct 09 provided he doesn't stand for re-election - which Bernie thinks he will. Its a sad day when Eccelestone is the voice of reason. The FIA have become more than a joke and new leadership is required. A figure from outside of the sport should be appointed as the new president. The problems in F1 are straight forward; the lack of overtaking, the favouritism that is routinely shown to Ferrari and the lack of privateers. Take your whip and get out
