I play this game on my Wii and I do level select and it does not take me to this unlockable stage.

is this level only in Sonic 3 and knuckles, or can you still play it in Sonic and Knuckles alone?

You can play it on both Sonic 3 and knuckles and u can play it on sonic and knuckles alone, but on sonic 3 and knuckles u can play the game and get all 7 chaos emeralds and all 7 super emeralds to be hyper sonic in the doomsday so sonic 3 and knuckles is recommended.

Apparently, the Master Emerald doesn't like cheaters.
Nice to know that someone else can experience the physical pain when getting hit in a video game. =)

There is an option for high quality, but the quality was good without it.

If you don't mind me asking, but what's the difference? I know the sound is better (I usually have headphones plugged in) but to me the video itself looks the same. I think I'm blind.
