What the hell is "technically" black? If you have to be "technical" about it then that means your probably not! I was responding to previous comments about the drummers formation being "sloppy." My argument is that we've taken the "standard" (euro-western) form of drumming and made it our own,(i.e. drumline). I never said we were better because we were first, please don't put words in my mouth! I don't have the space to really school you on YOUR ignorance so we'll agree to disagree!

Usual show lines. Nothin' complicated, just stuff that people will cheer for. I've got nothin' against it, since we see plenty of it. Really, the guys in the white shirts actually tried to do something that involved playing. They did horribly. The red shirts just entertained. When your entire cadence is one tenor, then you can't really claim to have beaten anyone. By the way, why are there so many snares, and only one tenor?

No, they don't. I live in South Florida, where Competitive bands and Show bands are all thrown together. Competitive bands are in a completely diffrnt class than Show bands. Not that one is better than the other, as they both work very hard (if the program is good), but Competitive bands put Competition first, and entertainment (Cadences) second, while Show bands don't even know what competition is. Competition bands are the ones that have more than cadences to work on. That's all Show bands do.

1. Most Corp lines do one Field show Block for the whole year while show lnes have different blocks just about every weekend or Major performance/Competition(for those bands that include blocks in thier field shows)
