You forgot to mention that this is all part of the business model, most of the junk food makers and pharmaceutical/medicine makers, some doctors are all working hand in hand. At the end of the day, whether you get cancer or diabetes, these people are ready to TRY TO treat you with their medicines and procedures but not prevent it in the first place.
