Huh? Don't blame the gov't??? The gov't has everything to do with all of the casualties and destruction, i heard they only have 13 rubber boats that's including the navy that was deployed to do rescue missions, if they have taken necessary precautions and instill discipline many lives could have been spared and damages might have been kept to a minimum...

and as for not blaming the gov't? hmmm..if thats your idea of wasting your money on gov't taxes just for their salaries and luxury and not get pissed, well, good for you... maybe your not just rich, you are wealthy indeed.
i cant stop noticing things that government asks from us very easily yet when we needed them, they are hard as hell or nowhere to be found...where's justice in that?

so SAD...what a PITY... what a SHAME...the philippine government seems to be fully prepared for politicians trips abroad, lavish dinners, and corrupting the country.
but everytime and i mean everytime typhoons and natural calamities come, they seem to be always caught OFF GUARD and UNPREPARED then BEGS for donations and asks for HELP from businessmen and fellow filipinos here and abroad..."BAYANIHAN?"
