This looks so good! I would never have thought of the Dijon mustard ... I will have to try it with Polish mustard and see if it tastes just as good - I was just wondering what to do with all the left over angel-hair pasta from supper last night .... Thanks for sharing
I was planning on making chicken monday nite, so I have some thawing in the refrig. I think I'll be making this for dinner and cutting smaller piece to make chicken nuggets for the kids. YUM
I was going to eat the breast without the cheese it looked that good!!!!

I learned to make chicken parm from watching my mom, she would never put mustard in it , but i am gonna try this it looks good!
