didn't anybody thinks that this movie is white supremacist? Only racist clichees (the one with mc Donalds is huge...and of course the white black eats organic food...and so on...).
Really I was really shocked that this movie furthermore did receive prizes...Is the black elite of America white supremacist?

what the hell is this guy talking about... Precious if anything wanted to be normal, and loved, what the hell you mean "she wanted to read" she wanted normalcy in her life!!! no wonder this looked like a B type movie, this guys can't even explain something he directed.

I was really looking forward to seeing this movie, but... I was very disappointed by the production. Nice cast, Monique's performance in riveting. Great story, but the movie seems to be put together in a hurry. There are parts that don't make sense, like, why did the character take a file from the psychologist? whose file was it? some of the stuff she says, I could not understand, no continuity in some scenes. it just seems like a B movie, something I did not expect from the midas touch,Oprah.

no no no, its simply your misunderstanding.
she stole the file becuase she always sees the lady writing stuff, but she doesnt know what it is. she wantss to know what the CPS has planned for her.
it is the equivalent of a mental patient snooping the notes of her psychologist.
i think you need to watch the movie a few times. it sounds like to me you just need to connect the dots a little more. cause it made sense to me.
