They are impressed with him, it's just that there's no storyline suitable for him to fit in right away and get entirely over. I for one would love to see him feud with evan bourne but ever since the cruiserweight title was buried it's hard for guys of his build to get very far (in WWE).

On another note: Heath was the Santa that got kicked by Shad in the last Smackdown of 09. He has shaved the goatee and mustache.
