The Lorraine Programme is Live On Monday and Tuesday's, and Pre- Recorded on Wednesday and Thursday's. The Show does not run on Fridays and School Holidays.

no its recrded They say It's Live but they record the Wednesday and Thursday show on Monday and Tuesday afternooons at 13.00pm.
