I don't know, maybe some people get an overdose of sedation. I got my wisdom teeth extracted last week, all 4 of them, and I was able to act normally after the surgery.

Well, the normal local anesthetic, but before they give some IV sedation. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure and after the anesthetic wore out naturally you feel pain but hey, they'll give you pain medication and the main recommendation: eat lots of ice cream! :-) So there's nothing to worry about provided you choose a good Dentist.

i was out the whole entire time i didn't even know where i was when i woke up! i didnt even hear anybody talking to me or any footsteps during the procedure.

i slept for days.

theres no need to be nervous. because i was, and it really wasnt that big of a deal.
