Honestly. Is there such a thing as making a bad cover of Grabbag without trying? It's like the song was specifically deigned to be iconic, catchy, and flexible for many different arrangements. I mean you just played the theme song of a game about an amalgamation of action heroes doing action things. On an electric violin. And it was awesome. Really awesome. Good to hear a rendition much more faithful to the original. The Megadeth version is good in its own right but for too many people it has become the standard.

One very minor suggestion, though, and it's probably just me but the excellent violin riffage kind of covers up the power of the original notes. Again, very minor.

@jizzmop The distortion is a BOSS Metal Zone, with a BOSS comp in front of it. I used a Super Shifter in its harmonizer mode for the second half of the solo section. In post I squished it just a little more with a Tube Tech comp.
