@mindandflow Its all about co-ordination and timing my friend, Floyd don't need "working" per say, He's a gym rat and walks around at 150..He trains harder than any other, this workout is to perfect timing and stamina, thats why his skillset surpasses any other boxers. His timing is perfect so he can counter exactly when he needs to and still not get hit. Its not until you try this that you realise how hard it is,3 mins of this pad work is killer, Floyd does 40 mins straight b4 moving on, BEAST!

@kaydako1 You have to watch when mayweather is training for speed or fighting with speed. Pacquiao always goes as fast as he can, in this video Floyd is just working his reflex and coordination, not his speed. I think Mayweathers fist gets from point A to point B faster, not by far, but he deffo is faster with the hands. Pacquiao just displays his speed more with combos and always trains fast.

@QawiBraxton81 the cameras were there only becuause he had to let them in for media day, i believe when the cameras are off that guy trains as hard as if not harder than any elite level athlete out there. he wants everyone to believe he hasnt been training, he wasnt even tired doing that little drill which is amazing becuase if uve ever punched for a min straight that mess burnsss

also technically, this pad work does a fighter no more than sharpening them up. its not great for technique. anyone can look like a world champion with this type of pad work. floyd however shows hes a true great in the ring fighting
