@mumenschantz it is real. You have to study a bit more. I mean, not actually like a disease itself, people usually doesn't likes to be differenced by what they are experiencing, and are misunderstood. What normally happens is that are the same "mood swings" that everybody has, are stronger or happens more often than should. Nothing to feel shame about, just a bit of help and understanding, but controlling your own emotions is same important as feeling them. btw, you are so polite. Good for you.
@mumenschantz But such EXTREME emotions, out of the range of normal, is problematic to lifestyle and can be very hurtful to relations and friends. Therefore it needs to be taken seriously. (PS - no need to be so rude with your language)
@mumenschantz No, I agree, but you did misunderstand me. I just SEEM drunk sometimes when I'm on a high... when heard on the phone. I have learned when I should not call people because too much "High" can be annoying!
there is no bi polo. yet there claiming it's cause my a chemical imbalance but cant provide proof nor provide a single test a patient. then you got the wacky bi polr based one a few mood swings. then the sales person will say its in your genes and maybe your family has it to. take these toxic metal filled drugs.
@krazeekay66 Hang in there... I'm much older, and upset that I wasn't diagnosed for so long so wasn't able to look it in the face and tackle it. So you have lots to look forward to. A struggle YES! you will have to be brave and fight - I'm going to work in the mental health field so that I can help others through.!!! Yay!
@UndeniableLies -You will learn all the behavioural tricks as I have to make life easier... you can work and have a good life! Good luck and lots of love to you1
beautifully positive! Mum looked after my affairs after my suicide attempt -the man behind the desk said 'tell her I'm bi-polar too, in years to come, she can work as well'. I'll be training next year. It's been 8 years since my big crash.
family have accused me of being drunk... because I'm less inhibited. I wish they would look at videos like this. It is a physical disability like a broken arm or diabetes . You can't see it on the outside.
