Dear Rich, fortunately I have my Mother still, but my Dad died in 1996, and I made also a tribute to him (The water is wide).

You will always keep a bond with your Mom, just listen to what she would have told you, if you had asked her, and you will really get her answer in one way or another, my friend! Roeleke

Dad passed away when I was 11 years old, my mom has to leave our country when I was 12, so she could support her family. I would not see her again until the time that I was 23. You are very lucky to have your mom. Give my regards to her. God Bless.
