The Jehovah Witnesses follow the bible. They study it from cover to cover, and I respect them for that. @Nephtali1981 No dangerous serpents where I live, just garter snakes. When I was a boy I grabbed a jug of what I thought was water (it was in our sauna change room). I took a big swig of it and swallowed. It burned in my mouth for a moment and as I swallowed it the burning sensation dissipated. I asked my mom what was in the jug because I drank some. Her eyes got huge and with horror in her voice she said that it was Chlorine bleach. I was fine. It didn't harm me at all. God protected me.

As someone who was very hurt by "Charismatic" teaching that was added to the Holy Scriptures, and as someone who has left the "Charismatic" movement, but not my Lord Jesus, I certainly understand the concern and heart of your comments. However, I would like to point out the scripture in the gospel of John18:6: "When he said to them, 'I am he,' they drew back and fell to the ground." This has never, to my knowledge, been presented in any movie or video about the life of Christ.

They are trying to create a show to attract more people. Some say these action will lead more people to Christ but I think it is giving the people a false sense of security that they have some salvation when they are responding to some emotional call.
I see these aberrations as a poor substitute for the Holy Spirit. They draw people and give some a false impression that they are godly. Some may BE godly and do these things mistakenly. Others are just faking it to fool others. My 2 cents worth.
@JeromeStein4U Jerome, I agree. I am a believer in tongues but don't believe it is required for salvation nor evidence thereof. I know too many people fake it. Brett Keane even talks about having faked it, and once I was in a church and everyone was crying out in tongues, and I knew in my spirit that they were putting on a show trying to outspiritualize one another. I had to leave...and remember I believed in tongues and had manifested them.

@Nephtali1981 No dangerous serpents where I live, just garter snakes. When I was a boy I grabbed a jug of what I thought was water (it was in our sauna change room). I took a big swig of it and swallowed. It burned in my mouth for a moment and as I swallowed it the burning sensation dissipated. I asked my mom what was in the jug because I drank some. Her eyes got huge and with horror in her voice she said that it was Chlorine bleach. I was fine. It didn't harm me at all. God protected me.

Stop criticizing from behind your walls of YouTube and get out and do what Jesus commanded you to do. What you do on YouTube is the voodoo that the enemy is trying to get Christians to do. We, especially as Christians, carry the power of life and death in our tongues (this includes our text!).
Stop judging and criticizing and go make a difference in your world. Perform deliverances, salvations, healings and snake handling. Let's see some signs and wonders instead of be-headings and witch-hunts!

We were never commanded to test Him to protect us.. just to believe in Him to protect us. Even Yahshua didn't fall for that trick of Satan after fasting for 40 days. As someone who was very hurt by "Charismatic" teaching that was added to the Holy Scriptures, and as someone who has left the "Charismatic" movement, but not my Lord Jesus, I certainly understand the concern and heart of your comments. However, I would like to point out the scripture in the gospel of John18:6: "When he said to them, 'I am he,' they drew back and fell to the ground." This has never, to my knowledge, been presented in any movie or video about the life of Christ.

I don't imagine someone falling down and worshipping God in the midst of service in this fashion would be worthy of note in Gods Word. Paul did when he first saw Jesus revealed. Doubting Thomas did when he saw the resurrected Christ. How then is it different for us when we see him through His Word. When in the presence of God what is one to do but fall on their face and worship?

They are trying to create a show to attract more people. Some say these action will lead more people to Christ but I think it is giving the people a false sense of security that they have some salvation when they are responding to some emotional call.

I see these aberrations as a poor substitute for the Holy Spirit. They draw people and give some a false impression that they are godly. Some may BE godly and do these things mistakenly. Others are just faking it to fool others. My 2 cents worth.

@JeromeStein4U Jerome, I agree. I am a believer in tongues but don't believe it is required for salvation nor evidence thereof. I know too many people fake it. Brett Keane even talks about having faked it, and once I was in a church and everyone was crying out in tongues, and I knew in my spirit that they were putting on a show trying to outspiritualize one another. I had to leave...and remember I believed in tongues and had manifested them.

@VioletKitty411 I agree, tongues is not the only evidence of salvation. In my doctrines, if you don't speak in tongues, your not saved. I find that unbiblical.

Thankful to say my church isn't like that.I am thankful for my church.Most of the time I am under conviction with what our pastor is preaching on.

@5:11 Is that Tod Bentley? That dude is a complete and total nut. He heals people through pain. lol I saw him greet a guy once by jumping down the aisle at him and bowling him over. It was like the guy was playing tackle football. What is wrong with that guy? It wasn't like the last 15 seconds of the game, and the other team had the ball or anything like that. ROFL

Excellent, brother. I recently watch a talk by Texe Marrs debunking all the different falsehood such as 'holy' laughter and some ridiculous pantomime talking in tongues.
God help us. Thank you for this, Tali. For me this has come at the right time. We need to present Christ's bride perfect. Put on the whole armour, Tali, my brother. I am with you. The Holy Spirit is with you. God guide you always.
