Yeah seriously just put a pebble or a BB in the cap and screw it on until you hear air flowing out and you're good to go. Been there , done that. EasyPeasy. No screw, vice or pliers necessary.

It seems like a very practical idea, but if you're trying to be secretive about deflating someone's tire, the point it to make it look like an accident so that the person you did it to would be less likely to suspect you. It's a quick and successful tire deflation, but it doesn't really whisper, "secretive"

you can also just put an airsoft BB inside the valve cap and put it on it slowly flattens the tire

u can also just put a BB in the cap with some glue and they wont' see it and cut a notch on the side of the cap. don't waste time flattening tires.
