This video was my first ever Kate experience. It was my 10th Birthday and I was up watching the Australian music show Rage at about 1am, when it came on. I confess I was really weirded out by the whole performance, yet I couldn't look away, there was just something so entrancing about her. I never forgot the image and 13 years later, I've finally discovered and fully appreciate the genius of Kate Bush. Never have I found an artist more inspiring in all my life... shame it took me so long. :)

Though personally, although this is one of my favorite songs from the 70's, I don't like much of her other stuff. It's a bit too weird to me, sounds like she's trying to do something so original, that it doesn't sound right. But I have to admit I have not been patient in listening to her songs.
