Sorry for the error of calling "Dirty Dan" McBride "Dangerous Dan". Danny on piano instead of guitar and Scott Simon on the six-string instead of the 88s (Danny was usually on guitar and Scott Simon was on piano). This proved that Sha Na Na was multi-talented.

I think the group was badly hurt vocally in 1983 when Johnny, Santini and Bowser all left. Danny was already gone.

In high school, Danny wrote several songs a day and played all the parts and then overdubbed them on a tape recorder. A very talented guy, classmate, and friend.

OHHH you knew that talented soul? I am so sorry we have lost a dear friend. I unfortunately did not know him but had hoped to one day meet him. It makes me sad to have lost this GREAT talent ,RIP dear Danny and know that you WERE and ARE loved ♥
