  • well my car has no filter. Just a non serviceable screen. I'm about to add a magnefine. I'd get a flush from a machine... It just looks like a faster version of what I already do. Because of how fast the ATF circulates and how slow you can add it back and the machine appears to add it back where the dipstick is located it mus siphon off just a bit at a time then? Seems only two hoses should be necessary but im guessing its because of how slowly the atf goes back in.

  • Is this machine for home users or professionals?

    Thanks

  • I have an Altima 2005 3.5 and change the 5 qts.from the bottom with an equivalent recommended in the manual , and now the color of the fluid looks brownish, a mecanic told me that is for the oxidation, and that I need to do the complete flush , and to do it in the dealer so they fill it up whit the OEM fluid. Do you recommend me to do it in the dealer?

Please let me know because i"m very worrie, I really appraceate your help.

  • @33ruy The reason why your fluid is now a brownish color is because 5 qts. of new/clean fluid was mixed with 7qts. of old fluid in your transmission after the drain & fill service was performed. We can provide you with a fully synthetic transmission fluid and our two part flush & treatment service kit. If your vehicle has less then 75K miles we'll also provide you with a lifetime warranty! Please visit wynnsforyourcarcom to locate a local service department.

  • From being a trans tech for over 30 years, I have found that a trans flush is an incomplete service and mostly suited in the sale of used cars. I have used both a Wynn's trans and coolant flusher. It is very important that the filters be changed(as many are of a fibrous matering like an engine oil filter. You wouldn't change engine oil without changing the filter would you? It is also important to pull the pan and see what's inside. Flushing won't remove that trash, it won't get past the filter.

  • Do you know where I can get an operators manual for a TS-8575?

    Thanks

  • How do you replace the filter in this process? I have a 2007 GMC pickup that I tow with and I'd like to change the filter when I service the truck...how do you do that.

  • With our service, replacing the filter is not neccesary. If you wanted to replace the filter, maybe before you service the transmission.

  • i work at speed zone lube in chesterfeild michigan and we have ur machine but no directions and we were wondering if you have them or where to get them? the model number is TSU20075

  • I can forward you the instructions (PDF), please send me your email.

  • @WynnsProducts You are wrong! You MUST change the filter when you service the transmission. Would you change your engine oil with out changing the filter? The answer to that riddle is NO. Most filters are made up of a Dacron material and clog very easy. You should remove your transmission pan(if it has one) and inspect it for large pieces of debris that would give you an indication that you may have a problem.

  • @WynnsProducts Are you seriously recommending AGAINST changing your transmission filter? Are you listening to yourself. Let me guess your flush dislodges all the metalic shavings and dirt from the filter and pushes them throughout your transmission, eventually ending up in the bucket of used ATF and destroying your transmission in the process, Great advice!

  • Whats the difference between a power flush and just lifting the car and draining the tranny fluid and just adding new oil. Is it that different?

  • When you drain and the system your only removing 4 to 5 quarts out of 10 or 12 quarts. Our TranServe Flush machine removes 99.9% of the old fluid, at the same time it fills the transmission with new fluid.

  • i hear flushing the transmission fluid at 218 000 km is not good for the transmission. why? should i or should i not?

  • Have you ever perform a transmission service before 218,000 km?

  • I am also looking for printed instructions. Any assistance would be appreciated.

  • i have these machines at my work but i am looking for printed intructions because the prior managment lost them, and my rep said he did not have anymore, but guided me to this wonderful instrutional set of videos, but would like printed versions for postment on machines for techs, any help would be greatly appreceated

  • I have a PDF copy of the equipment manual, please provide me with an email.

  • I need to do this for my 97 eclipse 420a auto.

Would you know how a shop would charge me to have this service done

  • Most shops/dealers charge from $99.95 to $169.95.

It's usually 12 quarts of fluid (might be synthetic) and an hour of labor.

  • Does the flush guarantee that no particles will be dislodged and move to a critical area and cause problems?
