  • What system was the first Persona on?

  • @EdgePunisher333 playstation

  • @werewolfsfury to be specifically, it's on psp

  • @glenndermawan It was on PS1 first, then ported to the PSP

  • Need Persona on 360 ps3 and wii :D.

  • I remember when I got the Playstation version of Persona, and then hearing on how the Snow Queen quest was taken out... I've always wanted to go through that quest and see what the differences were/what it's like. For those that have the PSP and Playstation versions, would you say that the Snow Queen quest alone warrants the purchase of a PSP/PSP version of Persona?

  • wait; SEPTEMBER 2009? Its already out? How come I can't find any vids of it or anything?

  • veteran gamers: this music sucks! >:( like old persona music >:(

teen gamers: this music is awesome :D

I say: why not an option to change the music to the old or stay the one that is it

    (sorry for my bad english)

  • @buner90 for the persona 2 remake, it,s going to have that option

  • aw crap i missed it T.T shoulda looked up snow queen quest eralier

  • Persona 5 please

  • @jackshinpersona their working on it :D.

  • 7.Go to the gym's storage room(behind gym) and open the orange box that is there(second choice opens it), you have now found the Snow queen mask

    8. Bring the Snow queen mask to the school's dividing corridor, where the hole is.

  • When you return with Maki's mother to school do the following:

1.Talk to Devil-Boy in the school's library once

2.Talk to the girl in room 2-4

3.Return to the library and talk to Devil-Boy again

4.Talk to the guy and two girls in the drama club room(near gym)

5.Talk to the guy and girl in the student council room(3rd floor)

6.Enter the principal's office and talk to the principal and dean

  • What on earth is with this music why why why

  • The Snow Queen Quest, eh? I'm glad...but to be honest I was never really too interested in it. It might be fun to mess around with if only to use Yuki, but other than that it doesn't really do anything for the plot.

    Meh. To each their own.

  • Nice!!! I can't wait for this one to release since I didn't had the chance to play it.

  • fuck im too poor for a PSP :'(

  • l0l which psp 300 or psp go, cuz psp go is 250$

  • Open it already!! Lol.

  • gotta buy a psp now FUCKKKKK

  • cant wait to play this game!!

this is the only reason im buying a PSP

  • Have I told you, Atlus, lately that I love you and you can have my money?

  • they already do get it anyway lol

  • I'm amused that the game's music was updated to fall in line with P3 and P4's soundtrack. I hope they didn't mess with it too much, though; Persona had a great ambient soundtrack, much different from the pop-inspired stuff of the later games.

  • If they do Innocent Sin, it would probably end up on the PSP since P1 is going on the PSP

  • if that happened, i'd HAVE to buy a PSP on principle.

  • When does it come out? I love the Persona games!

  • Looking forward to this very much, ever since I stepped on and cracked (yes cracked) my Persona disc I have been very anxious to get my hands on Persona again and this seems like it will do the trick!

  • OPEN IT DAMMIT!!!

  • I hope they localize Persona2 Innocent Sin.

  • They probably won't, due to several issues within the game that made it too controversial for it to be localized here in the states when it first came out.

  • I can always dream though.

  • The game was too controversial... At the time.

By today's standard. Suicide and references of hitler and whatnot is tolerated to a higher degree.

Considering the amount of twisted games that made it's way through. i'm sure Persona 2.0 could make it's way by today's standards...

Anyhow, if a game like Trapt (which is somewhat lightweight) where you play a girl who basically kills absolutely everyone with horrible traps and tortures got localized. Why not P2.0?

  • True, but one other Atlus game came close to not being localized here in the states. It was called Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. That one, unlike Innocent Sin, was highly controversial, since it dealt HEAVILY with all religions, mostly in a negative fasion.

You might be right; Innocent Sin might be localized due to higher tolerance. Only question is which system(s) do they localize it for? Can't be for PS1, so it's either PS2, or even PS3 as well.

  • Trapt is part od the Deception line of games, which came out around the same time frame as Persona. Same premise, too - a girl kills with horrible traps for revenge. Violence isn't a big deal compared to offending someone's religion in the states.

Even now, I'm not all that certain P2 would be brought over without incident or censorship.

  • uh...but what would they censor again? gayness? now, in this day and age, after we get gorefests like manhunt every year and the previous personas brought over completely intact?

  • Ohhhhhhhhhhhh yeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh

No crappy localization. The PS1 was so sh*tty... >.> i

  • i cant wait to get this! im a HUGE persona fan :D

  • What I admire the most about ATLUS is that it keeps it's games for people with a brain, and regularly those who can't enjoy SMT games are usually people with a laughable IQ.

I took a few looks at comments from other RPGs and noticed that 80% of the fans can't even spell correctly... one glance at this very comment page shows that the fans at the very least can type correctly, and use punctuation... excluding a few idiots here and there.

Great job ATLUS. Always know that your "words" are heard.

  • lyk omgz i totally agree i hate the fans of the other rpg games

    they are stoopid

  • ya dei r

  • Ironic. You can't seem to tell the difference between "its" and "it's".

    gg

  • Yet I'm still speaking to you in a language that isn't my own to begin with.

But, if it's that important to pinpoint a simple typo, than certainly I touched one of your silly little wounds, didn't I?

  • lol

  • Thought so. Haha...

  • very yes... yes. say didn't they have something like this for Persona 2: Eternal Punishment?

  • its, not it's

  • Welcome to the internet! You'll bet your free LOL cat and guide to 1337 speak within a few weeks in the mail.

  • Got a point there.

  • Unfitting BGM is unfitting. xD

  • omg all shin megami tensei's soundtrack just pwn

  • It's the D-pad controls that soured this game for me. Doesn't really look like they changed anything for this version either. Sucks since the storyline really does seem pretty kickass.

  • what is wrong with a god damned d-pad? it's aweosme

  • When up makes you go left and left makes you go downward, it's a pain in the ass. I've seen games where they do that as a status affect(like Terranigma), it's so annoying.

  • do what i do. tilt.

  • Hmm. I might try that, thanks. As I said, P1 has a very intriguing storyline.

  • i forgot which game i did the rotating thing... but it helped me when i rotated the controller, and then "rotating" the d-pad in my head did the rest.

  • All in all, it's really nothing to get so defensive over.

  • This is awesome. Thanks Atlus. Better late than never, right?

  • I loved the first game, and was dissapointed that they never included the snow queen quest. . . anyway, here's hoping for Innocent Sin in the future lol

  • I admire ATLUS and I loved the PS1 version of Persona, but this clip sucked. Show us something from the Snow Queen Quest already!

  • The Music is awesome!! Can't wait for this game!!! I love Atlus!!

  • PSP? Looks like I'm gonna have to buy one eventually if they keep porting cool games to the system.
