hey dude. i need your help about lagging on gaming pc. I got Motherboard Gigabyte GA-770T-D3L Amd Phenom x2 555 BE (stock cooler) Sapphire HD5750 Vapor~X WD HDD 500 GB sata 3 4 GB corsair value DDR3 1333MHZ Samsung DVD RW+ 2 LED cooling fan Gigabyte Superb 550watt im playing cod black ops and got some lags. Did i need to change a new psu or quad core processor? Give me your opinion. Thanks :)

@Landak36 Hey man sorry forthe late reply, it seems you need to clean you pc if you havent, not not the physically thing the inner. Download CCLeaner and run that if you have not. Also spyware and general malware can affect the perfomance of your machine and clean it once in a while with canned air, I used a vacuum to clean my pcs and have never once gotten into problems

tell you what ive noticed in my "research" on youtube, ATI cards the colour seems very vibrant compared to the nvidia videos..

do you think thats the way it is, or is it down to the users recording set up etc?

@thepissflap Imo, its what they are recodering, I was using ATI for the longest time, upgraded to Nvidia a while ago and havent really noticed anything difference in the color field. If you researched it by youtubing then yeah people use different configurations in their systems.

How are you running it on that power supply!? 18 amps on each rail and you can't combine them since its only at one time they provide the power. WTF? You're saying I can use a hd 4850 on my 500 w pc which I nearly got but turned away since I had 13 +14 amps. ffs, however no pcie connectors so that's a downside.

Our Eyes and Cameras don't work the same way.........there is NO comparison We have cells which can capture light itsle while camera capture frames

@dEsTiNy3HaCkEr If you do encoding video and rendering then yes its a good cpu if you want to play games, I suggest getting a Phantom II x2 555 or 7XX

@TrueYears Great. I'm getting this next month (Plus a new MOBO and 2x2GB 1600MHz RAM), been waiting a while for an upgrade... I already have the HD4890, but it's heavily bottlenecked by my Phenom 9850... Specially and games like GTA4. Plus I do a lot of video rendering, but I often do 240 - 500 fps videos, so then I end up getting a HDD bottleneck. :P

But SSD's are currently waaaaaaay to expensive.

Anyway, can't wait for these parts to come... GONNA PLHEY DA GTA4 DOOD. It's to laggy atm. :)

@sKratch1337 yeah you defenitly want something higher than that CPU Current HDD and SSD have about the same write speeds but SSD reads WAY WAY faster I dontt hink they are worth it at this time and awesome yeah GTA4 relies heavy on high frequency and core get a AM3 USB SATAII mobo and youre future proof for a while

hey about your motherboard, is it compatible with your memory g skill ripjaws? I saw m4a78t-e QVL memory list and most aren't listed there. Did you have to change any memory timings or update BIOS or did it your installation work completely fine?

excuse me, of course i know that our eyes are chemical recording devices. but the computer outputs in fps, and the reason we see video at all is not because there litterally is a video to see; our eyes detect it as a series of images, and our brain places those images together into a video. thus it is a reasonable statement to say that our eyes can detect up to 60 fps. and if it isnt, then you are wrong on both levels,as you stated in your video that they can only detect 30 fps.. dont be a dick

lets talk this in TECH terms

it doesnt matter if you fraqs says you are getting 120+ FPS you know why? because MOST monitors have something called REFRESH RATE thats how many imagines and the MAX they can change PER SEC at that speed. You kinda get it now? My PC has a refresh herzts of 75 doesnt matter if I see 125 FPS I am only getting less than 75

Hey true i see u got the ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro on a AMD Cpu when installing it cuz u use the normal stock coller brackets on the motherbord or did u have to change it ?
