  • I watched this one after the Leo-12 take. I like this better (please check out Redavide1's version also). I've always said that playing guitar with fingerpicks is like dancing with platform shoes. And it causes problems!! Leo got rid of his eons ago. Fahey used fingerpicks to bring us something very special, tonally, timbrally. You might try looking into a book by Pierre Bensusan (go to his website) in which he discusses how to harden one's nails using krazy glue and baking soda. It works, btw!!
