You know, as much as I liked the Captain, he seemed more interested in promoting that it was to be his 16th reign as manager of the Tag Team champs than promoting the Bulldogs themselves or the match with The Dream Team @ WM2. Just my opinion but he seemed to try and make it all about him, as if it was all his doing.

No.  Albano worked for WWF as late as 1995, managing the Headshrinkers. This was long after Dynamite was gone.
