I had the honor and privledge to spend 3 weeks Northeast India this year. The Cheraw was one of the most exciting dance that we witnesed.

haha well I did go through a stage where I never seemed to get my feet out of the way in time, and that and practicing every night for hours at a stretch meant me walking around with sore ankles. Not anymore though..but I haven't done it in years so will have to see if I'm still fast enough.
