@obocas Yup, this is from the X68000 version. I believe this was also played on a Roland Sound Canvas synthesizer (it had an option at boot-up to choose what played the music).

Some people are mistakenly calling this a remix. It's from the X68000 computer game (released for PSX as Castlevania Chronicles). There's an option that allows one to play the music in the game through three different sound modules. This is the Roland SC-55 MIDI version. I mean, I guess you COULD call that a remix; I see it as a variant. It's in the game itself; it's not a standalone arranged version.
